- Once you have completed the order you will receive confirmation which include the details of your order. This confirmation can arrive up to 24 hours after you have placed your order. In the event you do not receive the confirmation please contact us.

- Prices and payments
The prices displayed on this website are in euros and include the applicable taxes. Alessandra De Dominicis take all necessary measures to protect the user’s confidentiality and safety during the purchasing process. The website is equipped with the SSL (secure socket layer) payment system. Paypal and credit/debit cards are the accepted forms of payment on this website. Credit and debit cards are subject to authorisation by the issuing bank entity. In the event an authorisation is not obtained from the issuing entity, Alessandra De Dominicis will not be held responsible for any delays or order cancelation, neither will we be able to finalise any contract with the user in such an event. Once the order has been correctly received by www.alessandradedominicis.com, a pre-authorisation will be obtained for the corresponding form of payment in order to verify the card holds sufficient funds for the order to be processed. The card will be charged at the moment the order is shipped.
The terms and conditions of shipping which govern purchases are as follows;
- Shipping is offered free of charge to the Spanish peninsula for orders exceeding 120 Euros.
- Orders below 120 Euros will incur a 3 Euro shipping fee to the Spanish Peninsula.
- For orders to be shipped to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and the Balearic islands, shipping will cost 6 Euros. Orders with destination outside the EU may be subject to additional import duties, these fees are to be paid by the user.
Orders will be shipped in 15 working days (Monday-Friday excluding festive days) from the moment you receive our confirmation. All order will be shipped out packaged in beautiful boxes and pouches depending on which item was ordered. All our orders are shipped by DHL (a leading company in its sector) in order to guarantee secure and speedy delivery of your order. DHL will intent to deliver your parcel 3 times. Products corresponding to orders will be delivered within 30 days counting from the order confirmation. In exceptional cases in which through unforeseen circumstances or personalisation of the items we cannot deliver within this time frame we will inform the user of the new estimated delivery time and date.
In the event DHL has been unsuccessful in delivering the package after three intents, the package may be sent back to Alessandra De Dominicis. The courier will leave a notice with the user notifying him/her of the whereabouts of the package and an explanation on how to proceed.
In the event your order does not arrive within the maximum place of 30 days outside of Alessandra De Dominicis control the user is allowed to cancel the order (contract) and as such Alessandra De Dominicis will consider the problem resolved. In such an event Alessandra De Dominicis will refund the cost of the order minus the shipping fee. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of the dissolving of the contract.
For the purposes of these conditions it is understood that the order is completed when the order has been delivered to the user ( or an indicated third person) and taken possession of. This is confirmed by signature upon receipt of the package at the indicated address. Any and all incidences occurred by or through the product are the responsibility of the user from the moment the product has been delivered. The user takes ownership of the products from the moment we have received full payment relating the products purchased, including shipping fees.

The right to withdrawal
The user in the role of consumer, when completing a purchase on the website has the right to withdrawal within 14 days of the original purchase date without the necessity to explain. This 14 day period of consideration commences on the day the consumer or a third authorised party takes possession of the goods. To exercise this right of withdrawal the user needs to contact Alessandra De Dominicis by email at email@example.com in order to inform the company of his/her decision to withdraw. The user, regardless of the medium used to contact Alessandra De Dominicis, sufficient to communicate clearly a users wish to return the item and dissolve the contract respecting the 14 day time frame. In the event the user has expressed their wish to dissolve the contract, Alessandra De Dominicis will refund the money to the user excluding the shipping fees, without undue delays and in any case no later tan 14 days from the moment the user informed Alessandra de Dominic of his/her wish to dissolve the contract. Alessandra De Dominicis will refund the user’s funds through the original form of payment. This refund will not generate additional costs to the user. In the event the product has already been shipped, Alessandra De Dominicis reserves the right to hold on to the refund until the item has been returned by the user. In the event a refund is requested, the user needs to return the purchased items without delay to Alessandra De Dominicis within the 14 days from the date the user informed us of his/her intend to return the item. The user needs to ensure to use the original packaging when returning an item, including the gift box/bag, certificates, warranty document and any other documents included in the original packaging. This will ensure the items are well protected and will not be damaged in transit. The user will have to include a copy of the original invoice in the return package. Returned items will have to be new, in perfect, unused condition with their original tickets attached. Returns that do not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be eligible for a refund. We will not refund in the event an item has been used or which is no longer in the same state as it was when delivered neither will we refund the event the item is damaged or otherwise tampered with after it was delivered.
Returns and refunds of faulty items or items sent in error
In the event the user feels that the terms of the contract have not been met with regards to a purchase (i.e. faulty item, product doesn’t coincide with description on the website etc.) the user needs to contact Alessandra de Dominicis at once and advise us of the fault/error using the contact details found in the previous section; (the right to withdrawal). The user will be informed about how to proceed in returning the defect item. Once the item is returned it will be inspected and in due time the user will be contacted to arrange for a refund or a replacement item. Once it has been confirmed an item is faulty we will proceed to refund the original amount to the user including the shipping fee to the original method of payment. At any point throughout the browsing and purchasing process the user is protected by current consumer legislation.
Alessandra De Dominicis guarantees the quality of the products for a period of 2 years from the delivery date. This does not include damage arising from misuse, carelessness by not following the “how to care for your jewellery” leaflet included with the product upon delivery, improper use, or other tampering unbecoming jewellery. In those cases where the warranty comes in effect we will choose to repair, replace, offer a discount or offer a refund according to the terms and conditions.
The warranty will not be valid when;
- The details of the purchase have been modified or substituted or if the receipt has been tampered with.
- The product has been altered, manipulated or repaired.
In order for the user to make use of the warranty it is always necessary to provide us with the original purchase receipt.
